Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Senior Vice President Peter Dhillon specializes in land assembly, planning and ground up development. Peter is known for his ability to move projects forward using high level connections and battle tested negotiation skills. An expert in the entitlement process with multiple planning jurisdictions, his insights on strategy are invaluable to his clients. He is also a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award. 


As Vice President, Steve Da Cruz brings extensive expertise in multiple asset classes, having worked across BC with numerous investors, developers, tenants and Landlords. Steve also serves on the board of the Western Canadian Chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) and also holds the CCIM designation which is the highest globally recognized designation in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. Steve is a recipient of several awards including the Platinum Achievement in Sales. 


Tiffany Easton is currently an Associate Commercial Realtor at RE/MAX Commercial Advantage. She specializes in Tenant Representation and is a graduate of the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business’ Real Estate Licensing Program. Her extensive experience as an entrepreneur in Vancouver helps her understand the needs of small business.
