As Vice President at RE/MAX Commercial Advantage, Steve Da Cruz brings extensive expertise in multiple commercial real estate asset classes and an award-winning history of success. Having worked across southern BC with numerous investors, developers, tenants and landlords, his ability to speak to all aspects of decision making are well established. Steve also sits on the executive board for the Western Canadian Chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) and proudly holds the CCIM designation which is the highest globally recognized designation in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. 


Tiffany Easton is currently an Associate Commercial Realtor at RE/MAX Commercial Advantage. She specializes in Tenant Representation and is a graduate of the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business’ Real Estate Licensing Program. Her extensive experience as an entrepreneur in Vancouver helps her understand the needs of small business having lived it first hand. 


Mark McKinney’s unique expertise is founded in his experience as a business owner, consultant, and from having held various executive and hands-on management positions. He has assisted companies with a range of services from business and property acquisition and disposition to repositioning, organic growth and turnaround. His experience includes commercial real estate and business valuations involving companies with revenue in the hundreds of millions of dollars. He is well-versed in a range of sectors including retail, restaurants and hospitality, manufacturing, import and distribution. Mark is passionate about working with both individuals and companies to realize their goals and create new possibilities.
